Thank you for your interest in our Amelia Island oceanfront properties. We would love to welcome you to Amelia Island. We offer 5 oceanfront condos; Oasis, Shoreline, Seaview, Beach Retreat and Seascape all of which are detailed on this website.

Oasis and Shoreline each have 2 spacious master suites with 2 full bathrooms. Seaview, and Beach Retreat have 1 generously sized king bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Seascape has been newly remodeled. It has 1 generously sized king bedroom and 2 full bathrooms.

All of our oceanfront condos are located at the same, gated resort which is a 10 minute walk from the Ritz on the southern end of Amelia Island. Oasis is a penthouse on the top floor (7th floor). Shoreline and Seascape are next door to one another on the 5th floor of the same building. Seaview is on the 4th floor. Beach Retreat is on the 6th floor.

The closest airport is Jacksonville, FL which is about a half hour from our resort Directly in front of the condos is one of the ten best beaches in the nation. The resort’s 2 crystal clear pools are ocean-fronting and separated into two pool pavilions with poolside restrooms and outdoor showers. There are also 4 Har-Tru clay tennis courts at our resort and an on-site Tennis Pro who offers lessons.

All of our properties offer the following amenities: voice controlled HDTVs in all the bedrooms and living rooms, complimentary high speed internet/WiFi, Bose Speakers with bluetooth and music streaming service, Alexa (Amazon’s Digital Assistant), washers and dryers and all the beach gear for lazy days of sun and surf. There are panoramic ocean views from the master bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, verandahs and kitchens in every condo.

Oasis has two oceanfront verandahs, one off each master suite as shown on the Floor Plans. The two private master suites have their own full baths and stunning ocean views from both bedrooms. Oasis also has a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. All the condos also offer auto-inflatable Aero beds and pack-n-play beds for children.

The kitchens and baths in Oasis have been completely remodeled. There are granite or quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and several new, top grade appliances. The bathrooms have custom made vanities and safety grab bars. The master bath has two sinks, two vanities, two showers and an oversized Jacuzzi tub built for two.

Shoreline has 2 generously sized master suites, complete with their own full bathrooms. The east facing king bedroom fronts the ocean and leads out to an oceanfront verandah which sweeps around to the living room. The second king master suite faces west therefore does not have an ocean view.

Beach Retreat and Seaview have the same floor plan and are the same size. Each have a king bedroom that faces the ocean and leads out to an oceanfront verandah which sweeps around to the living room.
